Born in Brescia; a city in the northern Italian region of Lombardy I always had a passion for cooking. Growing up seeing my grandmothers Virginia and Bruna cooking almost every day. I was inspired and chased my passion to create amazing dishes around the globe: From USA, Canada, UAE, China, South America and finally settled here in Thailand to create our signature artisanal gelato. Opening our doors here in 2019 we have quickly risen to the top spot in Chiang Mai's heart for desert and quality flavors.

Welcome to the 7 Senses Team
Mr. Manuel Gurieri
We are pleased to welcome Mr. Manuel Gurieri to 7 Senses Solutions Co., Ltd. as our newly appointed Gelato Chef, Production Manager & R&D.
Manuel brings professional experience in artisan Italian gelato developed across Italy and Spain, together with specialized training at the Accademia Attilio Babbi, covering gelato formulation, modern production techniques, product development and food safety.
In his new role, Manuel will oversee production across all 7 Senses branches, lead and support our Production Team, maintain consistent quality standards, and drive the research and development of new flavors, recipes and products.
His experience, technical knowledge and passion for authentic Italian gelato will play an important role as 7 Senses continues to grow.
