Today, we are pleased to introduce our customers to “Chef Prince” Thanongsak Manikas, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in cooking from the Empyrean Education Culinary Institute in Perth, Australia.
“Chef Prince” applies his knowledge, experience, and cooking techniques to create a fusion of delicious Italian and Thai dishes that are easy to understand and accessible. He brings delicious family-style Italian flavors to Akira Manor.
He is alumni of the prestigious Empyrean Education Culinary institute in Perth, Australia where he spent close to a decade working at the multi-award-winning Riverside and Red Opium Restaurant
He finally decided to come home to Chiang Mai and we are truly delighted to welcome him back to lead our culinary team. Chef Prince will continue to strength Italics legacy to offer innovative culinary creations that delight the senses.
