At POHSOP (โพสพ) we’re all about celebrating local flavors. As a comfort vegetarian restaurant that highlights on local rice varieties and use local & seasonal ingredients as much as they can.
We’ve partnered with 7 Senses Gelato to create a unique dessert experience for our guests. Our collaboration menu features two mouthwatering gelato options, Pistachio (vegan) and Ricotta Fig, that perfectly complement our dishes.
These artisan gelato flavors are served atop a crunchy rice cracker made from local rice varieties, and garnished with our homemade shredded rice grain and coconut topping, adding a delightful contrast in texture and an extra layer of flavor.
