Born in Brescia; a city in the northern Italian region of Lombardy I always had a passion for cooking. Growing up seeing my grandmothers Virginia and Bruna cooking almost every day. I was inspired and chased my passion to create amazing dishes around the globe: From USA, Canada, UAE, China, South America and finally settled here in Thailand to create our signature artisanal gelato. Opening our doors here in 2019 we have quickly risen to the top spot in Chiang Mai's heart for desert and quality flavors.
